What are the responsibilities and job description for the Power Plant Mechanic/Operator, Apprentice position at Imperial Irrigation District?
Under direct supervision, performs apprentice level work, operates power generation facilities and equipment within assigned area; performs inspections, tests, adjustments, repairs and maintenance mechanical power generating equipment. Performs other duties as assigned.
A valid class "A" driver license issued by the State of California, Department of Motor Vehicles may be required, as determined by supervision, for specified employees in this classification.
