Role Description

At Imperial International, Inc., we are looking for ambitious, motivated individuals ready to develop into future business leaders through our hands-on Management Training Program.

We are seeking a results-driven brand representative to champion an elite portfolio of global financial and fintech brands, including American Express and Chime, throughout the Greater New Orleans area. In this leadership-focused role, you will deliver high-impact brand experiences, drive direct consumer engagement, and build long-term customer loyalty.

This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, former athletes, student leaders, or anyone who thrives in high-energy environments, learns quickly, and enjoys working toward big goals. Success requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a commitment to operational excellence, and the ability to turn daily interactions into sustainable market growth. No prior industry experience is required—we provide full training. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to grow.

This position is fully in-person and intended for candidates who currently reside in or are relocating to the Greater New Orleans area.

What You’ll Do as a Direct Marketing Associate

• Core Fundamentals: Learn the principles of direct sales, field marketing, campaign execution, and business development through structured, hands-on training.
• Direct Engagement: Execute outreach campaigns across the Greater New Orleans area, representing world-class financial brands with an elite professional presence.
• Executive Mentorship: Work directly alongside experienced industry leaders who will coach, mentor, and guide your professional development.
• Campaign & Team Operations: Gain direct exposure to client relations, account tracking, field logistics, and team management.
• Leadership Advancement: Take on increasing responsibility and project management tasks as you fast-track into junior and senior leadership roles.

What We're Looking For in Our Next Leaders

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (all majors welcome), or equivalent professional experience.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to captivate and engage any audience.
• Mindset: Self-motivated, coachable, goal-oriented, and solutions-focused in fast-paced environments.
• Leadership Potential: Background in athletics, student organizations, internships, or team leadership is a major plus.
• Location: Currently located in or able to commute daily to our Greater New Orleans office.
