We offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, ADHD testing, psychotherapy collaboration, and innovative mental health services in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
We are seeking a motivated, compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our team 3 days per week. This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with an experienced psychiatric provider in a collaborative practice.
QualificationsRequired
- Active Texas PMHNP license
- Board Certified (PMHNP-BC)
- DEA license
- Ability to independently diagnose and treat psychiatric conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, compassionate bedside manner
Preferred
- 1 year outpatient psychiatry experience (new graduates with strong psychiatric clinical rotations are encouraged to apply)
- Experience treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and mood disorders
- Experience with telehealth

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Diagnose and treat psychiatric disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
- Provide medication management follow-up appointments
- Order and interpret appropriate laboratory testing when indicated
- Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, and specialists
- Complete documentation in a timely manner using our EMR
- Maintain DEA, Texas licensure, and required certifications
- Follow evidence-based treatment guidelines and clinic protocols
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
