Position Overview:

• Imperial Health and Home Care is seeking a RN for a Home Health position doing Skilled Nursing visits in patients' homes. The company is a friendly, well-established, and privately-owned home health agency. Home Care experience is strongly preferred. The home care RN will enjoy lots of flexibility being in the home health setting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be an RN who is licensed in the state.
• Must have experiences in skilled nursing or home care setting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assesses patient condition and delivers nursing care at regularly established intervals
• Follows plan of care and makes necessary changes as patient’s needs evolve
• Provides treatment to patients in their homes, including wound care as need
• Instructing and advising patients and/or their families in their care
• Reviews medications and administers treatments as prescribed by physician.
• Completes and submits related care paperwork, accurately, and on time.
