Warehouse Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our distribution center. Responsibilities

• Perform order fulfillment tasks including picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently.
• Operate pallet jacks and RF scanners to manage inventory control and streamline order processing.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring that all items are handled safely and securely.
• Assist in fabricating products as needed, following established guidelines and safety protocols.
• Maintain an organized workspace by keeping inventory neatly stored and ensuring cleanliness throughout the warehouse.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and improve workflow processes.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues as they arise.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies while working in the warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with order picking processes and inventory control systems is a plus.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and cranes safely.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance when necessary.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $19.75 - $23.78 per hour
