We are looking for a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to jump in and manage full-lifecycle hiring for a variety of positions for a 3-month assignment. You Will
- Manage full-lifecycle high-volume (40 requisitions) recruiting from intake calls to negotiated offers.
- Lead strategy discussions with hiring managers and collaborate on compelling offers.
- Identify & engage high-quality passive talent via LinkedIn, Indeed, and targeted networking.
- Efficiently document and disposition candidates within our ATS (Dayforce) to ensure accurate reporting.
- Support immediate team initiatives, including high-volume hiring events, pipeline development, and data integrity.
- 2 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency).
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Dayforce experience is big plus.
- Strong communication, sharp negotiation skills, and the ability to build trust quickly with hiring managers & candidates.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on recruiting experience.
