The Sr. HRIS Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the organization's HR systems, supporting system configurations, reporting, and user experience. This position will provide advanced application configuration and support for interfaces, reporting, and other technical tasks for workforce management.
Salary Range: $110,000 to $120,000 Bonus

You Will
- Own end-to-end design & configuration within Dayforce Workforce Management (WFM) capability areas, ensuring stable integration with Payroll and downstream systems
- Facilitate requirements gathering through fit-to-standard and fit-gap workshops, translating labor rules, policies, and business needs into scalable system designs
- Lead system testing for end-to-end WFM scenarios, including exception handling such as missed punches, retroactive changes, and terminations
- WFM capabilities: Configure based on platform scope, including but not limited to; scheduling rules, pay policies, premium and overtime eligibility, time entry policy and clocking scenarios, exceptions, approvals, delegation, leave and absence rules, accruals, and entitlement policies
- Ensure all WFM configurations are accurately mapped to Payroll, including correct earning group assignments and labor rule alignment
- Design and validate controls, warnings, and system validations that reduce payroll-impacting errors and improve data quality
- Own data readiness and cutover planning for key WFM objects, including schedule assignments, balances, and open requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and technical resources to resolve issues, manage defects, and support successful deployment and hyper care
- 5 years in HCM design and configuration.
- Dayforce WFM configuration experience required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades or optimization initiatives with complex distribution and union environments strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of compliance regulations (FLSA, union contract rules, overtime rules, paid sick leave law, and compliance reporting)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
