Inbound Call Representative
This role is fast-paced and phone-focused — you’ll be on the phone throughout the day creating service calls for dispatch and providing excellent support to customers and employees both over the phone and through email. If you thrive in a busy environment, enjoy helping others, and like staying organized while keeping a friendly attitude, this is the role for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Answer high call volume, multi-line phones and take information or direct calls as appropriate
- reate service calls/texts for dispatch
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them in a professional & helpful way
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication
Pay:
- $19 to $23 per hour
- Eligible for bonuses & full-time benefits, including Health, Dental, Life, 401k, Holidays, Sick days, and Vacation
Hours:
- Mon - Fri, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with a 1 hour lunch period

Salary : $19 - $23
