We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to strengthen relationships with our existing customers throughout Eastern Iowa & Western Illinois. This role focuses on building lasting client relationships, delivering exceptional services, and improving account profitability by aligning Imperial’s refreshment solutions with each client’s needs.
Approximately 75% of your time will be spent in the field, meeting face to face with clients. No overnight travel is required.

What You'll Do
- Develop strategic account plans focused on customer retention, profitability, and long-term growth.
- Conduct executive business reviews and serve as the primary consultant for your customers.
- Resolve complex customer challenges with urgency while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Successfully prioritize multiple customer initiatives in a dynamic, fast-moving business environment.
What You Bring
- Three or more years of success in strategic account management or consultative B2B relationship management.
- Proven ability to retain, grow, and increase the profitability of customer accounts.
- Executive-level communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
- Experience collaborating across multiple departments
- Self-motivated, organized, and great listening skills.
- Ability to periodically lift products to and from customers.
