Job Description
- Assist with the employment and onboarding processes, including background checks, offer letters and such for custodial technician positions
- Act as a liaison between the hiring managers and candidates to complete onboarding process
- Review applications for quality and scheduling purposes
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system
- Provide recruiting support to the HR department.
- Coordinate, conduct and assist with screening/interviews
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails
- Ensure smooth flow of information between employees and Human Resources
- Enter employee data into applicant tracking system
- Troubleshoot system issues accordingly
- All other tasks as assigned by management.
- Bi-lingual (English-Spanish), is a must.
- This is an in-office role, 5 days per week 8am-5pm
