The minimum compensation for this role is listed below; pay will be determined based on experience:
$ 20-23 per hour
Eat. Sleep. Support. Repeat: As a Chain Sales Administrator, you will support the Chain Sales team by resolving turnback issues, maintaining spreadsheets, and updating items, pricing and orders involving chain accounts. This involves handling confidential information, preparing reports and keeping communication open with several different teams. This position requires previous administrative experience, and will work from our Kalamazoo Headquarters Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
A Day in the Life
- Update chain pricing contracts
- Research and resolve product turnback issues including running reports and communicating issues
- Submit purchase orders and schedule deliveries to certain chain stores
- Complete and submit new item forms
- Update pricing and notify chains through spreadsheets and software
- Send upcoming order reports
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent and some college education preferred
- Administrative experience
- 18 years of age or older
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel (Pivot Tables) and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail while working within deadlines
- Communication skills to clearly provide information in writing, by phone or in person
- Self-starter, highly motivated with a high productivity level
- Strong organizational skills
