The salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000.

Support Financial Operations and Help Build Scalable Processes
As Financial Accountant, you will support the day-to-day execution of financial operations while helping to build structure and discipline into the growing U.S. business.
You will:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions
- Support monthly close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with financial reporting, MIS, and data management (aligned with intake notes)
- Support tax filings, compliance activities, and regulatory documentation
- Help implement process improvements and SOPs to support business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across operations, sales, and logistics
This role will evolve as the business grows, offering increasing responsibility and exposure.
