What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Shift Production Supervisor (Fall Creek, WI) position at IMPERIA FOODS INC?
We are now seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to join our team in our Fall Creek, WI facility. This plant produces specialty snack packs of cheese, nuts and berries and cheese & cracker packs. We are seeking someone to lead the people and processes for our 3rd shift team. In this role, you will help deliver quality packaged products, meet production goals, use labor and resources effectively, and maintain clear communication across the team.
Shift hours: Sunday - Thursday, 10PM-6AM
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years in a lead or supervisor role in a manufacturing or factory setting
- Continuous improvement and process driven mindset
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good conflict management and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lead by example (demonstrate strong work ethic, positive attitude, etc)
- Effectively able to plan and prioritize work
- Effectively able to execute work through others
- Able to collaborate cross functionally
- Able to drive ownership and accountability amongst direct reports
- Strong follow up and follow through skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
- Work will be completed in a combination of office and plant floor settings, with majority of shift spent on the production floor. Frequent standing and walking required. Must be able to go up and down stairs. Work in temperatures ranging from 32 – 52 degrees F. Must be able to work with tree nuts, milk and egg allergens.
