We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized data retrieval assistant to join our team. This role requires someone is proficient with ShareFile online portal to handle confidential information carefully with discretion; along with strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Data Retrieval Assistant Responsibilities:
- MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF SHAREFILE ONLINE PORTAL
- Handle high volume of incoming tax documents
- Transfer phone calls and take messages when needed personnel is not available
- Accurately organize, assemble, scan, file and maintain paper and electronic tax documents
- Provide general support to team members and management
- Follows company safety procedures and policies
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Data Retrieval Assistant Requirements:
- Proficiency in ShareFile Online Portal, MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word), Google Sheets
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Professional office attire
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
