As an Implementation Specialist, Data Operations, you’ll be responsible for executing behind-the-scenes tasks critical to onboarding success. You’ll own data configuration, integration setup, workflow activation, and quality checks to ensure the platform is functioning as expected before and during client go-live. You will partner closely with client-facing specialists to align timelines and deliverables.

As an Implementation Specialist, Data Operations, you’ll be responsible for executing behind-the-scenes tasks critical to onboarding success. You’ll own data configuration, integration setup, workflow activation, and quality checks to ensure the platform is functioning as expected before and during client go-live. You will partner closely with client-facing specialists to align timelines and deliverables.
Configuration & Data Management
- Configure system settings and data mappings based on client needs.
- Perform data imports, validate results, and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with Engineering or Product for integration setup.
- Maintain detailed implementation records and internal documentation.
- Monitor performance and proactively resolve potential blockers.
- Support continuous improvement of implementation tools and processes.
- Continuously learn and apply new platform features, configurations, and data capabilities to support accurate and scalable implementations.
- Maintains confidentiality of work-related issues, records, and company information.
- Demonstrates a commitment to Diversity, Equity, and inclusion by treating everyone with respect and dignity, ensuring all voices are heard, and advocating for change.
