About the Role:
Job Responsibilities
The IT Asset Preparation Technician is responsible for scanning and recording 300–500 laptop serial numbers into the inventory management system during scheduled onsite visits. The role also includes preparing laptops for shipment by securely packing, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping equipment to ensure safe transportation.
Technology Transfer will provide all required equipment, shipping materials, and initial hands-on training. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and has experience with inventory handling, packing, and shipping. A strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining a consistent recurring schedule is essential for success in this role.
