Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator
Location: Boca Raton, FL (On-Site)
Position Summary
Impeccable is seeking an experienced Human Resources / Payroll Coordinator to manage ADP, support biweekly payroll, oversee employee onboarding, and maintain HR compliance across our corporate office and multi-brand, multi-location restaurant operations. This position will work closely with managers and employees in Boca Raton and the Carolinas to ensure all employee information, payroll records, documentation, benefits, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and data entry within ADP.
- Process biweekly payroll across all companies and locations.
- Assist with benefits enrollment, payroll questions, and ADP access.
- Process wage garnishments, deductions, terminations, and status changes.
- Maintain accurate employee records, payroll, job titles, and employment statuses.
- Collect and verify I-9s, identification, tax forms, and other confidential documentation.
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment and payroll requirements.
- Identify and resolve payroll, onboarding, documentation, and compliance issues promptly.
- Partner weekly with restaurant managers to complete hiring and onboarding requirements.
Must Have Qualifications:
- Experience managing payroll with ADP is required.
- Experience supporting multiple locations or business entities.
- Success in a Human Resources or Payroll Coordinator role.
- Working knowledge of payroll, I-9 requirements, onboarding, benefits.
