Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Clinic Cleaner for Ochsner Long Beach, MS & Diamondhead, MS to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation within healthcare facilities. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and disinfecting of patient rooms, examination areas, restrooms, and common spaces in accordance with health and safety standards
- Utilize specialized cleaning equipment such as buffing machines and floor care tools to maintain flooring surfaces
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks including trash removal, surface sanitization, and deep cleaning procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of all clinic areas by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces
- Assist with custodial duties such as replenishing supplies and ensuring restrooms are stocked and sanitized
- Follow established protocols for infection control and safety procedures at all times
- Support facilities maintenance activities including minor repairs or reporting issues requiring professional attention
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within healthcare or clinical settings preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and stripping floors
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow strict sanitation protocols
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with residential painting or facilities maintenance is a plus

Pay: $ $14.50 per hour
