Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, highly collaborative Marketing Sourcing Manager to lead the procurement strategy across our global marketing and advertising spend. You will be responsible for end-to-end sourcing activities-including major media and production negotiations, contract structuring, and supplier performance management.
The ideal candidate understands that marketing spend category procurement is not just about cutting costs; it is about maximizing ROI, unlocking supplier innovation, and protecting the brand's creative integrity.

Key Skills:
- Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies for global marketing spend
- Analyze market trends, supplier landscapes, and internal spend data to identify cost-saving and value-creation opportunities
- Commercial Negotiation & Contract Management Draft, negotiate, and execute Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Structure highly effective commercial models, including performance-based agency compensation, labor-rate cards, and value-based pricing.
- Partner closely with Legal, Data Privacy, and Information Security teams to mitigate corporate risk, ensure compliance, and secure intellectual property (IP) rights.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
- Build deep, trust-based relationships with internal marketing stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor rather than a transactional roadblock.
- Establish and lead robust SRM programs for strategic agency partners, conducting regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and driving continuous improvement.
- Act as a mediator to resolve high-stakes commercial or operational disputes with external partners.
- Develop and execute category growth strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct detailed category market research and competitor benchmarking.
- Analyse customer behaviour, market trends, pricing, and demand patterns.
- Identify new business opportunities, product gaps, and market expansion areas.
Responsibilities:
- Support Client teams by Leading complex, high-value RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and vendor selections from scoping through to final award.
- Conduct detailed sourcing spend assessment of POs, invoices, and budgets.
- Provide benchmarking across suppliers and services.
- Prepare contract negotiations materials and playbook.
- Manage and track SLAs with key suppliers.
- Follow-up with Direct suppliers on pricing updates.
- Track contract renewals and PO balance.
- Manage Buy/Sale process.
- Conduct market research and assessment of solutions relevant to Client.
- Support with NDA follow-ups and execution
