Pay: $40.00 per hour base rate, plus $5.00 per hour PRN premium pay
ImpactLife is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Integrative Clinical Services team. In this specialized nursing role, you’ll provide specialized apheresis care, including cellular therapy collections and therapeutic apheresis procedures. This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your RN clinical expertise in a rapidly growing field of medicine while directly impacting patients and donors through advanced therapies.

What You’ll Do
- Perform cellular therapy collections (e.g., CMNC) and therapeutic apheresis procedures.
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments, review lab results, and evaluate patient eligibility.
- Access and manage vascular sites, including central lines, fistulas, and venipuncture.
- Administer supportive infusions and monitor patients/donors throughout procedures.
- Recognize and respond promptly to adverse reactions, ensuring patient safety.
- Provide patient education, post-procedure care, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with physicians, hospital staff, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold compliance with protocols and safety standards.
- Current Missouri RN license in good standing.
- 2 years nursing experience (medical, surgical, or critical care).
- Strong venipuncture/vascular access skills.
- CPR certification & valid driver’s license.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing; apheresis, dialysis, or cellular therapy experience.
