ImpactLife has an opportunity for a Donor Programs Intern to join our team.
This role supports Donor Programs and Communications with a focus on engaging and retaining blood donors. This internship offers hands-on experience in donor communications and program support, helping to meet blood collection and inventory goals. Projects may include but are not limited to: supporting donor engagement and retention efforts; Assisting with educational email and text campaigns; Providing support for the online donor rewards program and donor accounts; assisting in the coordination of donor incentives.
The ideal candidate will learn quickly, be deadline driven, detail oriented, a creative problem solver, and highly motivated. Previous internships or experience leading a volunteer or club event is helpful. Candidates should have strong communication skills (email, phone, and in-person) and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
This position can start the summer of 2026 or sooner based on availability. Schedule is flexible between the hours of 7 am - 5 pm and intern will work 15-30 hours per week in our Davenport, Iowa Headquarters. Ideally, candidate will have availability to work 2026-2027 school year.
