ImpactLife has an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our organization as an Account Manager. This position will be based out of Peoria or Urbana, Illinois and will service the Bloomington Normal area. This position will allow you to showcase your marketing, sales, territory, and networking skills. As an Account Manager you will educate and work with community sponsor groups to host blood drives throughout our service territory. You will enjoy networking with potential blood drive hosts such as local businesses, community groups, and high schools just to name a few.

What does it take to change the world?
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or communications preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Sales experience including cold calls and business development required.
- Previous experience in donor or volunteer recruitment preferred.
- Be able to travel within the Blood Center territory and possess a valid driver's license as well as the ability to be insurable by ImpactLife.
- Must be able to report to report to the assigned office on a routine basis. Will spend most days working in the field with blood drive partners. May spend 1-2 days per week at home or in the ImpactLife office.
