Key Responsibilities
- Design responsive email templates and campaign assets in line with clients' branding and marketing goals.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and project management team to ensure the design aligns with campaign objectives.
- Create visually engaging content for email newsletters, promotions, and announcements.
- Ensure designs are optimized for various devices and email clients, adhering to best practices in email marketing design and accessibility.
- Edit and optimize images for email use, ensuring that load times and sizes are optimized for performance.
- Test email designs across multiple platforms and devices to ensure compatibility and functionality.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and email marketing best practices to continuously improve the design process.
- Provide ongoing support to the client team, including assisting with ad-hoc design needs for email campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and familiarity with email design tools such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or others.
- A good understanding of HTML/CSS as it relates to email design is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a creative team.
