Lead the U.S. Launch of Pivya® (pivmecillinam) with ImpactBio supporting Alembic Therapeutics!

This is your opportunity to join the U.S. Launch Team for Pivya®, Alembic Therapeutics’ FDA-approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs). Pivya® has effectively been used for over 40 years in Demark as a first-line treatment of uUTIs. Alembic Therapeutics is excited to bring this effective treatment to the U.S.
As a District Sales Manager, you’ll be on the frontlines of an exciting product launch—building, leading, and developing a high-performing field sales team while shaping the success of Alembic Therapeutics’ entry into the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities
- Hire, coach, and retain top-tier reps in your District.
- Ensure daily engagement with your team, maximizing impact and accountability.
- Build and own District business plans, allocate resources, and analyze data to drive growth.
- Provide targeted, focused coaching that accelerates rep development and results.
- Partner with peers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to exceed corporate objectives.
- Adapt strategies based on payer, reimbursement, and healthcare landscape shifts.
- Other responsibilities as outlined in the job description.
- Remains compliant with all regulations in the course of carrying out responsibilities, adhering to all company policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Documented, demonstrated success in hiring, coaching, and promoting top talent.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical Sales Representatives.
- 4 years of successful pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
- Experience in Women’s Health, Urology, and/or Anti-infectives preferred.
- Data-driven decision-maker with a sharp business acumen.
- Deep understanding of payer and reimbursement environments.
- High integrity, strong communication skills, and a drive to win.
- Ability to travel 50% with overnight stays.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
