What You’ll Do
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Use bar code scanning systems to track inventory and update warehouse records
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments, making sure everything is correctly labelled and secure
- Operate electric and manual pallet jacks to move products safely throughout the warehouse
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with your team to keep things running smoothly every day
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in shipping/receiving or general warehouse operations
- Familiarity with bar code scanning and inventory software
- Forklift certification
- Experience in durable goods manufacturing or a similar industry
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures
- Accuracy and attention to detail—especially when checking incoming and outgoing shipments
- Comfort using scanning tools, inventory systems, and warehouse equipment
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to keeping the space tidy and efficient
- Great communication and teamwork—because everything flows better when we work together
- Physical stamina and a commitment to safety in every task
