Assembly Team Member
1st and 2nd Shifts
Pay $17.10 /hr. ($2/hr. shift differential)

Position Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Assembly Team Members to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing tasks in your assigned work area safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner while adhering to our company’s core values and guidelines.

Hours: 
1st Shift: 6:30am - 6:00pm
2nd Shift: 6:30pm - 6:00am

Essential Functions:

• Follow policies and procedures.
• Comply with certification standards (TS16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
• Maintain a respectful and professional environment while collaborating with team members.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean workspace following the 5S philosophy.
• Understand and apply Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Achieve production output while ensuring quality standards and effectively transitioning between model changeovers.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Demonstrate the necessary knowledge and skills to perform assigned duties effectively.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in assembly.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Tier-1 automotive experience is a plus.

Education:

• High School diploma or GED required.
