Position Overview
Impact Workforce Solutions is seeking a driven and customer-focused Site Manager in Canton, NC to oversee workforce operations at a client location. This role serves as the primary liaison between the client and Impact Workforce Solutions, ensuring staffing objectives are met through effective recruitment, employee management, and workforce planning.
The Site Manager will build strong partnerships with client leadership, manage recruiting activities, support workforce engagement, and deliver staffing solutions that align with business goals. This position requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for both clients and employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily on-site workforce operations.
- Partner with client leadership to understand staffing needs and workforce forecasts.
- Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates.
- Maintain employee engagement, attendance, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Provide workforce updates and staffing solutions to client leadership.
Qualifications
- 3 years of staffing, recruiting, workforce management, or related experience.
- Experience in high-volume recruiting preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
