Shifts & pay
- 2nd shift: Monday - Thursday 7pm - 7:30am | Pay: $20.50 $2.00/hr shift differential = $22.50
- 1st shift: Monday - Thursday 7am - 7:30pm | Pay: $20.50/hr
Flexibility is essential—expect mandatory and voluntary overtime as business needs arise.
Your impact
- Assemble, label, and package molded parts to specification
- Operate presses and use scan guns to track work and labeling
- Record production totals, quality checks, and scrap accurately
- Meet or exceed safety, quality, and productivity goals
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and audit-ready
- Communicate equipment or production issues to supervisors or leads
- Adhere to all company safety, environmental, and workplace policies
What you bring
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or assembly preferred
- Ability to use a computer and handheld scan gun
- Strong attention to detail; quality-focused mindset
- Reliable, accountable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
