Job Summary
The Helper supports our installation crews by preparing job sites, handling materials, assisting with installations, maintaining tools, and ensuring projects stay organized and efficient. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn the impact window and door trade from experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
● Assist installers throughout the day
● Load and unload windows and doors using safe lifting practices
● Prepare work areas
● Keep job sites clean and organized
● Move materials safely
● Operate basic hand and power tools
● Help with/learn sealing, caulking, cleanup, and finishing work
● Follow safety procedures at all times
● Learn installation techniques from experienced installers
Qualifications
● Construction experience preferred but not required
● Positive attitude and willingness to learn
● Able to lift 150 pounds
● Dependable transportation
● Valid driver’s license preferred
● Comfortable working outdoors
● Strong work ethic
● Reliable attendance
Pay: $18–$24 per hour (depending on experience)
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
