What You’ll Do
- Apply time-series analysis, hypothesis testing, and causal inference to assess operational impact and uncover trends.
- Lead optimization initiatives in areas such as routing, fleet utilization, and maintenance scheduling.
- Build and deploy predictive models in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- Translate technical insights into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
- Guide the full lifecycle of data science projects—from data exploration and modeling to deployment and measurement.
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in data science and optimization.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience applying advanced statistics, optimization, and machine learning to large-scale datasets.
- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with logistics analytics, route optimization, supply chain, or fleet management is highly valued.
- Cloud-based development experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical analysis with strategic decision-making.
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field preferred.

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
