This position requires you be in our Alpena, MI office each day.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercial Lead to spearhead successful market penetration, revenue growth, and alignment between product development and customer needs. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in manufacturing or industrial sectors. These trusted advisors have a passion for driving business success through innovation and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with technical leads to ensure product development meets market demands.
  • Identify and research new business opportunities and emerging markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Vice Presidents of Business Development across multiple sales channels.
  • Act as the liaison between customer needs and product design teams.
  • Define pricing models and lead contract negotiations to optimize profitability.
  • Oversee the creation and deployment of commercial support tools.
  • Partner with marketing teams on branding, promotional campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and performance metrics to support strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
