Education
Required:
- Registered Nurse Diploma
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Required:
- Experience handling and maintaining confidential information
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Leadership experience, including direct supervision or management of staff
- Basic computer skills
Required:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Louisiana or Compact State license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Certification in a clinical specialty area
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective time management and self-direction
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective delegation skills
- Utilize the Nursing Process to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care
