Impact Support Services is seeking compassionate, reliable individuals to join our team as full-time Youth & Community and Family Services Direct Support Professionals. Help individuals lead independent lives while providing essential care, including medication administration, personal hygiene assistance, meal preparation, and more.
What You'll Do:
- Support Individuals in their home and community to achieve personal goals
- Assist with daily tasks such as meal prep, shopping, and housekeeping
- Maintain thorough documentation and follow individual care plans
- Provide a safe environment by adhering to emergency procedures.
- Engage individuals to encourage participation in meaningful activities
Key Requirements:
- Must have weekend availability and open flexibility for scheduling
- 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license (ability to obtain class E license within 14 days of hire)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background checks
