Are you passionate about helping people with disabilities live independently and thrive in their homes and communities? Impact Support Services is seeking a full-time Program Manager to lead and support residential teams, ensuring top-quality care and empowering individuals with disabilities to live their best lives.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned residential homes
- Support individuals with community integration and personal development
- Coordinate healthcare, financial stability, and service continuity
- Supervise, train, and schedule Direct Support Professionals
- Ensure compliance with documentation, safety, and program goals
- Provide direct care and on-call support as needed
- Collaborate with families, staff, and partner agencies
Educational Requirements Needed to Perform the Duties of the Job:
- B.S. or B.A. in a related field and/or 3 years of experience with individuals with DD.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
Licensing or Other Special Certifications Required:
- Class E Missouri Driver’s license and proof of car insurance.
- Successful completion of criminal history background check and driving record review.
- Qualified as a Degreed Professional Manager
