What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager / Customer Service for Manufacturing position at Impact Staffing?

Excellent Direct Hire opportunity for established manufacturer in the Atlanta / Doraville area.
$50,000-$60,000 / Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm
You will be the first point of contact for customers while supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
Customer Service
- Process orders, provide status updates, and resolve issues quickly
- Handle customer concerns and escalate when needed
- Coordinate with operations on delivery and quality
- Track all customer interactions in HubSpot
- Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business
Sales Support
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails
- Qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline
- Prepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and help close deals
- Keep CRM records accurate and up-to-date
Team Collaboration
- Update sales team on account activity and opportunities
- Work with Finance on pricing and credit approvals
- Share customer feedback with relevant departments
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years experience in account management, inside sales, or customer service in manufacturing
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who can also work independently
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Problem-solver with attention to detail
