Our client in Greenwich, CT is seeking an HR Specialist to join their growing team. Our client offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) and a salary in the $95k-$105k range plus great benefits. Candidates should have experience working with a PEO and be comfortable in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
End-to-End HR Operations: Lead the full employee lifecycle, from coordinating seamless onboarding and I-9 compliance to managing offboarding and HRIS data integrity.
Benefits & Payroll Support: Serve as a key resource for benefits administration and open enrollment, while partnering on payroll processing and PTO management to ensure accuracy.
Multi-Entity Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for employee inquiries across various business units, balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
HRIS Management: Maintain high-level data accuracy within HR systems to generate insightful reports and support compliance audits.
