JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Production Team Member performs physically demanding work assisting with building trusses used in both residential and commercial construction. This position requires continuous standing, repetitive movement, and material handling throughout the shift while maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in building trusses used in both residential and commercial construction
- Use hand tools, pneumatic tools and automated manufacturing equipment
- Maintain consistent productivity and focus throughout the shift.
- Read production layouts and work orders
- Assist with cleanup, housekeeping, and general maintenance of the work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and operational requirements.
- Wok in a fast-paced team manufacturing environment
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to follow instructions, production layouts, safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic English comprehension required for safety purposes.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
- Steel Toed Work Boots
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:
- Manufacturing, construction or production experience helpful but not required.
- No formal education required
EQUIPMENT USE / PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Constant physical activity throughout the workday.
- Continuous standing and walking required as well as extensive bending and reaching.
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and handling of materials up to 50-75 pounds.
- Repetitive gripping, grasping, reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping required.
- Use hand tools, pneumatic tools and automated manufacturing equipment.
- Must be able to perform duties while wearing provided and required PPE.

HOURS / SHIFTS:
- Monday –Thursday
- 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Additional hours and overtime may be available depending on production needs and customer demand. Open availability preferred
SALARY:
- $20.00/hr.
