• SKILLS Blueprint Interpretation, Part Layout, and Material Fabrication
• HANDLING 1 Years of Hands-on Overhead Crane and Forklift Operation
• COMP $22.00 to $25.00 per hour (Based on experience) Full Benefits Package
• LOCATION Greater Richfield, WI area (100% Onsite)

What You Will Be Doing

• Reviewing and interpreting detailed blueprints and engineering drawings to plan fabrication layouts
• Laying out, fitting, and MIG welding a variety of carbon steel industrial products and sub-assemblies
• Fabricating high-quality products built to rigorous commercial standards that pass ASME welding tests
• Safely operating industrial forklifts and overhead bridge cranes to manipulate and position heavy raw materials and finished weldments
• Inspecting completed welds for quality, penetration, and conformance to structural dimensions
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean workspace in compliance with company safety regulations

What We Are Looking For

• Welding Foundation: 1 or more years of professional MIG welding experience specifically working with carbon steel components
• Material Handling: 1 years of proven experience operating overhead cranes and material handling forklifts in a heavy manufacturing environment
• Print Literacy: Foundational ability to work off weld symbols, dimensional tolerances, and industrial engineering prints
• Reliability: A solid, reliable work history with a record of consistent attendance—our client values dedicated, long-term team partners
• Requirements: Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder residing within a 45-minute drive of the Richfield/Germantown area
