General Manager β Custom Automation & Robotics Leader
- Bachelor's in Engineering and 4 years of management experience to lead a team that designs and builds custom automation solutions experience is required
- 4 years of hands-on experience with projects that are unique every time, especially those involving the integration of industrial robots (FANUC, Kuka, ABB, etc.) would also be required
- Pay: $130,000 - $200,000 per year
- Work hours: Standard business hours with flexibility as required
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- Onsite only, no remote work
- Full-time, permanent W-2 employee

- Located in the Oak Creek, Wisconsin area

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate include the following:
- Provide strategic leadership for all company operations, from engineering and production to sales and customer support
- Drive business growth by developing and executing strategic plans for custom automation solutions
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Manage capacity planning, resource allocation, and P&L to ensure operational excellence and profitability
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including supporting proposals and strategic pricing
- Limited travel to trade shows and key customer sites
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (any discipline).
- 4 years of leadership and management experience.
- 4 years of hands-on experience with custom automation projects.
- Proven track record of managing technical projects and cross-functional teams.
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Oak Creek, WI
