These positions are very visible and important to the company. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:
- Oversee all aspects of industrial capital equipment projects from initial planning to final commissioning.
- Work with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Establish and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct engineering calculations for key components and track project costs.
- Organize requirements for installation and provide on-site supervision as needed.
- Communicate with all departments regarding timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure projects are delivered on time.
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).
- 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on custom or industrial capital equipment.
- Must have a clean criminal record due to customer and internship safety policies.
- A solid work history with demonstrated abilities in people skills and client interfacing.
- The ability to travel 20% to 40% in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, with a valid passport.
- Experience with sheet metal or heat recovery is a nice to have.
- A US citizen or possess a green card.
- A residence within 45 minutes.
