A premier litigation team is seeking an attorney with 2-5 years of patent litigation experience to work on high-stakes life sciences disputes. Position Responsibilities:
- Handle patent litigation matters in U.S. District Courts and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB)
- Conduct legal research, case analyses, and draft pleadings
- Participate in fact and expert discovery, including depositions and strategy development
- Research and draft motions, claim construction briefs, and trial-related submissions
- Engage in trial preparation and advocacy as part of a dynamic litigation team
- Work directly with clients and opposing counsel on litigation strategies
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of patent litigation experience with a focus on life sciences, ANDA litigation, or pharmaceutical/biotech disputes
- Undergraduate or master’s degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related life sciences discipline preferred
- Experience within the Intellectual Property department of a comparable law firm
- Exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Strong academic credentials from a recognized law school
