Our recruitment agency is in hyper growth mode so we're seeking individuals who are hungry, motivated, and sharp to continue down this successful path! This position is hybrid: 2-3 days in office. 2-3 days remote work.

MUST HAVE:
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
- Bachelor's Degree (onsite - no online schooling)
- Ability to multitask and highly organized
- Some form of customer facing work experience (server, bartender, etc)
- MOTIVATED, hungry and dedicated
- A part of clubs, sports teams, etc (Team Player)
- 100% interested, without a doubt, that they want a career in sales
- Goal-driven, not task-driven
DAY TO DAY:
Responsibilities of a Recruiter include sourcing and screening candidates, checking managerial references, and completing paperwork. A Recruiter's main focus is to conduct phone and personal interviews to qualify candidates for our client's open positions. The ultimate goal for the Recruiter is to learn as much as possible while matching & placing candidates into positions. The positions that the Recruiter will work on range within skillset and industry. The majority of the firms business is in the Direct Placement space within Healthcare, Manufacturing, Distribution, Marketing, & Construction industries. The Recruiter will also develop sales skills during this time in preparation for the sales/Account Manager role. Each role is metric/KPI driven.
