Configuration Management Specialist (100-130K)

We have a fantastic opportunity available to join a cutting-edge DoD sensing technology manufacturer in the Syracuse area.  

This is a Full Time – Direct Hire opportunity. Hybrid work schedule available. 

As the Configuration Management Specialist, you will lead efforts to manage hardware, software, and technical data across the entire product lifecycle. This is your chance to play a critical role in a high-impact, collaborative environment.

 Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement CM policies, plans, and procedures
• Manage configuration baselines and product changes (ECNs/MCNs)
• Lead Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams
• Prepare reports and metrics to support lifecycle management

 Education and Experience:

• AAS or BS degree in related field
• 5 years in configuration/product lifecycle management
• Deep knowledge of DoD CM standards
• CM certifications (CMPIC, IpX, NDIA, or CMII) preferred

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
