COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

Active Bar Admission in Oregon; (Washington and/or California Bar admission is a plus).

3–5 years of substantive commercial litigation experience at a mid-size or large law firm.

Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Strong case management abilities, with experience handling matters from inception to resolution.

Experience drafting and arguing motions, including dispositive and discovery motions.

Proficiency in taking and defending depositions and assisting in trials and appeals.

A detail-oriented, proactive, and team-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels.

Work with a diverse client base, including local, national, and international businesses.

Draft persuasive legal documents, including motions, briefs, and pleadings.

Conduct depositions, argue motions, and participate in hearings and trials.

Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop effective litigation strategies.

Engage in client counseling and business development opportunities.
