Signage and Graphics Lead Installer/Supervisor
Summary/Objective
The Lead Installer is responsible for overseeing installation projects, ensuring that all work meets high-quality and safety standards. This role requires a strong background in construction and installation, the ability to read blueprints, and effective team management skills. The Lead Installer will coordinate sign fabrication and installation, develop techniques, establish schedules, and resolve issues while assisting in physical fabrication and installation tasks.
Requirements
· Technical expertise in sign-making and installation methods for indoor and outdoor signage.
· Minimum 3 years of signage install experience.
· Good knowledge of various types of signs including vinyl, channel letters, marketing and road signs.
· Strong communication skills.
· Leadership abilities to guide, train, and motivate the team.
· Highly organized in scheduling, task processes, and resource allocation.
· Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
· Process-oriented with a focus on maintaining standards.
· The ability to work in all weather conditions.
· Clean driving record required.
Responsibilities: Ability to review and clearly understand work orders. Survey, Install, Remove and Service Signage. Positively interact with customers and internal staff. Prepare paperwork and reports. Clean and maintain tools equipment and trucks. Extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional work environment. The role will have daily travel and work throughout Phoenix in a company provided install vehicle. This job requires using standard manufacturing
equipment including, but not limited to, power tools, saws, hammers, post hole diggers, digging bars, etc..
Physical Demands: This is a physically demanding job. The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:
This position requires the frequent ability to lift products, 75 to 100 pounds and dig holes and trenches. Long hours will be required at times, depending on company workload.
Required Education and Experience
- High School Degree or equivalent.
- Construction background.
- 3 years of Signage Install experience.
