Outside Sales Representative

In this role, you'll connect directly with homeowners and businesses, build relationships, educate customers on energy solutions, and help drive company growth through face-to-face outreach.
What You'll Do
- Meet with prospective customers through door-to-door outreach and community networking
- Generate leads and build a strong pipeline through consistent daily activity
- Learn and present our products and services with confidence and professionalism
- Follow up with prospects and maintain organized records using company tools
- Overcome objections, solve problems, and help customers find the right solutions
- Work closely with team leaders to improve skills and achieve goals
