Responsibilities:
- Manage daily customer accounts and maintain accurate records of payment statuses
- Communicate effectively with customers in-person, over the phone, or via text to encourage timely payments
- Lift, move, load, and unload heavy furniture and merchandise safely
- Deliver, set up, and install furniture for customers
- Operate and maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles
- Protect merchandise during transport using blankets and straps
- Assist with building, staging inventory, and refurbishing merchandise
- Support store sales activities and perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record for at least one year
- Successful completion of background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record check
