As a Lead Assistant Manager, you would be responsible for:
- Drive daily account management performance to meet and exceed company standards
- Ensure all policies, procedures and standards are followed and adhered to
- Managing and maintaining the store's inventory
- Assisting with product maintenance, delivery, service, and returns on a daily basis
- Set up and maintain an attractive and clean show room
- Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
- When needed, must go out on truck to perform deliveries and set-up in customer’s location
- Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, account management, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and overall customer service
- Manage and secure the assets of the store
- Other duties as assigned by Store Manager and Regional Manager
- Proficient in both sales and account management functions
- Heavy lifting required
- Possess a valid state Driver’s License for a minimum of 1 year
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally permitted to work in the US
- Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle records check
