Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various epoxy coating systems. Strong attention to detail required. Duties
- Perform concrete prep and finishing tasks , to achieve desired surface quality.
- Collaborate with team members to install epoxy and complete flooring installations.
- Utilize skills in epoxy as needed for project requirements.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of projects.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Assist in maintenance person tasks as required, including minor repairs and installations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project specifications and expectations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in concrete finishing, fixture installation, or related fields.
- Familiarity with the epoxy industry is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and lift heavy materials when necessary.
