Impact is hiring an entry level Technical Recruiter for our Nationally ranked Best and Brightest Workplace!
The Impact Technical Recruiter will lead and manage recruitment efforts for IT, Cybersecurity, Software Development, and/or, but not limited to, Data Analytics positions by utilizing engaging and energetic techniques. These techniques will include general sourcing, prospecting, and other forms of recruitment marketing using our CRM and ATS to attract qualified candidates to Impact.

Responsibilities
- Source both passive and active candidates through various recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Candidate Relationship Management system, Applicant Tracking System, Etc.)
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen role-specific resumes
- Perform screening calls to vet applicants’ experience, abilities, skills, and qualifications
- Contact passive and active candidates daily via phone, text message, email, and other sourcing tools
- Manage candidate recruiting workflow from pre-screen through offer stage
- Establish professional relationships and rapport with candidates in active interview processes
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to ensure candidate quality is in line with what they need and are looking for
- Schedule and confirm all interviews through the entire recruiting workflow
- Ensure that all candidates in all departments are moving through the recruiting workflow process correctly in recruitment software platforms
- Ensure positive candidate experience for all candidates, both selected and not selected
- Promote Impact’s image through social media networks to increase brand awareness for candidates
- Access to recruitment CRM
- Access to Applicant Tracking System
- Access to sourcing tools and resume databases such as LinkedIn and really
- Access to recruitment marketing tools such as email campaigns and video library

- Strong desire to pursue a career in Corporate Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
- High School diploma required; Associates/Bachelors Degree preferred
- Previous experience as a Recruiter, Talent Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Sourcer, Campus Recruiter, Corporate Recruiter, etc. to be considered in lieu of education requirements
- Interest in emerging technology and trends
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to gather and analyze various types of data
- Ability to work with multiple projects at once
- Ability to maintain a confidential nature while working with candidates
- Ability to work in an agile environment with evolving hiring pipelines
- Extremely organized with strong follow up skills
- Solution oriented and able to overcome challenges effectively

Salary : $45,600 - $57,700
